King of Prussia, PA (October 10, 2023) — Universal Health Services (NYSE: UHS) today announced its designation as a Champion of Board Diversity by The Forum of Executive Women, the Greater Philadelphia Region’s premier women’s organization. The Forum of Executive Women annually honors the top public companies in the Philadelphia region with 30% or more women on their respective boards. This is the first time that UHS has been recognized as a Champion of Board Diversity.

“The UHS Board of Directors is an esteemed and diverse group of executives who play a critical role in our success,” said Gerry Geckle, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and a long-time Member of The Forum of Executive Women. “As a company that has long had highly qualified women within our leadership ranks, we are committed to continuing to invest in our talent and leverage the hard work, dedication, energy and fresh perspectives contributed by all.”
