King of Prussia, PA (August 6, 2026) – Forbes released its 24th annual edition of the Global 2000, which ranks the largest companies in the world using four metrics: sales, profits, assets and market value.
Collectively, the companies on the 2026 Global 2000 account for $56 trillion in annual revenue, $5.5 trillion in profit, $272.2 trillion in assets and $121.9 trillion in market value.
Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, is pleased to announce its ranking #1,213. Of the American companies on the ranking, UHS ranked #397 and #17 among U.S. companies in Health Care Equipment and Services category.
UHS has been on the ranking for 23 years, and in 2023 earned ‘Hall of Fame’ status.
