UHS Listed Among Fortune 500 “World’s Most Admired Companies” – 2014

The March 17, 2014, issue of Fortune listed Universal Health Services, Inc., (NYSE: UHS) as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies. UHS is the highest-ranking healthcare management company, topping all of its competitors. The survey, conducted by Hay Group, started with approximately 1,400 companies: the Fortune 1,000; the 1,000 largest U.S. companies ranked by revenue; non-U.S. companies in Fortune’s Global 500 database with revenue of $10 billion or more; and the top foreign companies operating in the United States. UHS is included among the 350 Most Admired companies. The company ranked #2 in the healthcare industry and #4 in Pennsylvania.
