UHS Listed Among Fortune Magazine’s “America’s Most Admired Companies”

Fortune listed Universal Health Services, Inc., (NYSE: UHS) as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies again in 2012, scoring in the top half of its industry survey, conducted by Hay Group. The survey started with approximately 1,400 companies: the Fortune 1,000, the 1,000 largest U.S. companies ranked by revenue; non-U.S. companies in Fortune’s Global 500 database with revenue of $10 billion or more; and the top foreign companies operating in the United States. UHS is included among the 350 Most Admired companies. The company ranked #4 in the healthcare industry and #2 in Pennsylvania.
