Using artificial intelligence, Reputation collected feedback on the 25 largest healthcare systems in the form of surveys, ratings, reviews and other sources. For each health system, a Reputation Score was calculated based on a variety of factors, the most important of which was the sentiment of consumer online reviews. Other factors measured include a facility’s visibility and engagement, across nine-elements such as star average, review volume, review response, and social engagement.
In addition to allowing UHS to see how it stacks up against its peers, Reputation also provides deep insights on the patient experience. With this valued tool, UHS can measure its performance, identify and drive any necessary operational changes, in order to reach ultimate goal of improving our patients’ experience and outcomes.
